Ignoring or breaking any of these rules is grounds for deleting the
thread or post. Habitually breaking the rules of the
forum will be grounds for deactivating membership. If a For Sale or Wanted listing is
placed in the wrong category we reserve the right to
either delete it or move it to the correct category.
1. NO personal attacks. NO negative true stories. NO
rumors. NO attacks of any kind, even if they are factual
or related to how one person does business which does
not live up to the expectations of another person. If
the post has to do with a negative comment of any kind
towards a member, it will be deleted.
2. NO religion, politics, or philosophical
discussions of left or right, right or wrong.
3. NO lewd or off color language. Minor profanity
(Damn It!) is okay.

m****r f*cker - not allowed
G*d D*mn - not allowed
ass - allowed, it's a donkey afterall.
p*ss - allowed
s*it - allowed
etc. etc. So, light profanity is okay, vulgar profanity
is not. Directing extreme vulgar language to any forum
member may result in getting your a** booted outta here.
4. Topics can stray off the movie poster/movie
category as long as it doesn't become habitual.
5. Announcements of items for sale or wanted are
permitted as long as they relate to movie posters, are
placed in the appropriate category (For Sale or Wanted)
and are done in a civil way. That means, posting a
list instead of 100 separate threads for one hundred
different items for sale is wrong. Post them all in one
thread. It is recommended that you post the asking
price. This isn't required, but you will make everyone
angry if you don't (lots of ugly private emails) , and
you will probably not get any response.
We will implement a marketplace as soon as possible
in the future.
Eventually, when ICMP has an operating marketplace we
may require that postings of for sale or wanted items be
made in the marketplace before being announced in the
forum; that way, we may eventually earn enough
commission revenue to cover our overhead.
6. BUMPING or posting to a thread in order to move
it to the top of the forum is permitted as long as it is
not abused. Bumping your for sale postings over and
over in order to keep them at the top of the forum is
not allowed and could result in getting your postings
deleted.
7. We will not require sponsorship, so that
collectors who are occasional sellers are not penalized.
8. We will add a donate button for those who are
generous enough to contribute to the financial support
of the forum.
9. We will forbid the cross-posting of for sale
announcements in the talk section. Such future posts
will be deleted.
10. We will allow the "include" post where a
discussion about a poster brings an offer to sell that
poster from Kirby or anyone else.
