ICMP requires a minimum price of US$1.00 for every item listed on our Web sites. ICMP will automatically update any items priced below US$1.00 to US$1.00 or the equivalent in other currencies.
Sellers are encouraged to review their inventory before uploading. Any item they feel is not worth US$1.00 should be excluded from the upload.
All items listed will be available at the price listed on the ICMP Web sites. We understand that mistakes can happen, and if a buyer should happen to purchase a item with a pricing error, the order should be rejected, and the item re-uploaded with the correct price. Sellers should not contact the buyer directly and offer the item at the new price - this is considered price swapping and may be interpreted as a Code of Conduct offence.
Due to the complexity of international and e-commerce tax laws, ICMP does not collect or remit any taxes or duties on behalf of our sellers. Sellers are responsible for the collection and payment of taxes for items sold through our Web sites. Sellers from the European Union countries are required to upload prices including the Value Added Tax (VAT).
When processing orders, sellers may request extra charges to cover the cost of taxes, insurance or extra shipping. The buyer has the option to accept or reject the extra charges. If the buyer rejects these charges, the seller has the option to ship the item at the price originally quoted to the buyer, or to cancel the order.
In some jurisdictions sellers may include the tax in the price of the item as long as description of the item clearly indicates "tax included" and the amount of the tax. It is the responsibility of the seller to verify permissible tax charging practices in local jurisdictions.
All prices should be in US Dollars. Please convert your prices to US Dollars prior to listing on ICMP.
