8. Fees, Charges and Payments

ICMP is a large online marketplace for movie posters and related items and services. Many of our sellers also offer other items and ephemera such as music, restoration, and other collectible items. However, there are certain items that we do not permit to be sold on our Web sites. ICMP reserves the right to remove any listing at ICMP' discretion, including without limitation requests from rights holders and publications deemed defamatory or illegal. All sellers must have the legal right and the ability to sell the items they list on the ICMP web sites.

a. Subscription Charges

ICMP DOES NOT charge a subscription fee for listing your items.

b. Commission and Processing Fees

ICMP collects commission and processing fees. Commission fees are billed following each month’s sales. The commission fees included on a September statement would cover the period between August 1st and August 31st inclusive.

• Commissions
  All sales completed through the ICMP shopping basket are subject to a 10% commission (net of sale price) with a minimum commission fee of US$1.50.
• Refund of Commission or Processing Fees
  Commission  Fees are only charged when an order is processed. Commission fees on orders will be refunded for any order that does not result in a sale. In order for the fees to be refunded, sellers are required to initiate a refund through the ICMP system, using the "Incomplete Sale" return status.

c. Statements and Acceptable Payment Methods

Monthly statements are generated at the beginning of each month, and payment of the full account balance is due upon receipt. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard using the "Add a credit card payment" link on the Members Menu.

Please note NSF Checks and declined credit cards are subject to a US$25 charge. ICMP reserves the right to require an alternate payment method other than personal check for payment of all outstanding balances.

d. Late Payments and Offset Billing

Any account in arrears is subject to offset billing and subsequent closure for overdue balance. Offset billing allows ICMP to withhold any seller payments for ICMP orders and apply the payment against the outstanding account balance. ICMP reserves the right to close accounts that are in arrears.
